A returning student has taken coursework at VCSU and intends to take additional coursework. Download the Returning Student Form, print, complete, and mail to: Office of the Registrar, 101 College St SW, Valley City, ND 58072.

A student re-entering the university after a lapse of more than seven years must request that his or her transcript be evaluated by the appropriate division chair or dean and by the degree programs. Catalog changes occurring between the date of original enrollment and the date of graduation may be incorporated into the student program with the approval of the Division Chair of the discipline affected. Questions may be directed to the Office of the Registrar.
